How Long will the print last without fading?
The prints come with a 75 year guarantee. For specific details about our product features please click here.
Can my print be delivered to a different address to my own?
Yes of course, please add the delivery address when prompted in the payment section.
Can you ship prints overseas?
We can ship some of our product range to a number of countries around the world. If you are interested in making a purchase from overseas you will need to place your order via 'contact us' to make the necessary arrangements.
How long will it take to receive my print?
For orders within Singapore, it can take up to ten working days, however often we can turn orders around more quickly than this. For overseas orders, delivery time is dependent on location and will be estimated on a case by case basis.
Can I change my design once I have made my order?
Yes. Once we have processed your order we will email you a soft copy proof for you to confirm you are happy with the design. At this point you can still make any changes that may be needed. However once you have confirmed that you are happy with the design, we will not be able to make any further changes.
Can I receive my print by a specific date?
We will do our utmost to get you your print in time please email us at christina@artzzi.com for requests or add a comment when placing your order.
Do you produce commissioned prints?
Yes we do take commissions but these are taken on a case by case basis, we will happily discuss any ideas with you. All you need to do is send us a message via 'contact us' and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
